All Yo Momma’s product ship via USPS Ground 3 day delivery. Order received by 3 pm EST will be shipped same day. USPS will do their best to deliver your product in 3 days, but be advised that inclement weather and/or high volume could impact their ability to reach that goal during certain times of the year.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with my products, please let Yo Momma know as soon as possible. I work hard to make the highest quality products, and I want you to be totally satisfied. Unfortunately my policy only lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased your item(s) directly from my online store, and provide proof of purchase, e.g. an order number or receipt.
Please do not send your purchase back, I don’t want you to have to go through the trouble. I would how ever really appreciate some feedback, as to why you are dissatisfied. This is a way for me to improve upon my customer’s experience with my products.
If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 weeks.
Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I am happy to replace items if they become damaged during transit. Please send an email with a photo of the damage, and I will promptly replace it.
